WESTERN ILLINOIS FAIR
QUEEN, JR. MISS &
PRINCESS PAGEANT

Our queen pageant is open to young women, ages 16-21, who reside in Adams, Brown, Calhoun, Morgan, Pike and Scott counties in Illinois. Our princess pageant is open to girls ages 5-7, and Junior Miss for ages 10-12, who reside in those same counties (Previous county fair titleholders from other counties are not eligible to compete.)

Practices traditionally begin in mid-May, continuing through the final rehearsal on the night prior to the pageant. Our 2026 Western Illinois Fair Queen & Princess Pageant will be held June 16, 2027, in Griggsville, Illinois.

Yes! You can compete in your respective county pageant, along with the Western Illinois Fair, in the same year. We pride ourselves on being an additional opportunity for young women to experience pageantry and encourage contestants to take every chance available to win a county fair title.
